Welcome to Coastal Blaze! We are a locally owned, family-run business dedicated to creating an unforgettable beach experience along the Emerald Coast for our guests.
Coastal Blaze was founded by Tristan, an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience, who started the company with a simple purpose: to build something meaningful for his daughter so that she could live the best life possible. His vision of hard work, service, and family remains the cornerstone of our business.
That legacy is now proudly carried on by the new owner, Nick Vaccaro. Originally from Wadsworth, Ohio, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. He moved to Destin, Florida, in December 2020, where he worked full-time as a nurse for several years. When an unexpected hospital closure left him and many other healthcare personnel unemployed, Nick began his entrepreneurial endeavors by creating a business, named flydestinfl, that provides locals and tourists with lessons and experience riding an electric hydrofoil. In addition to flydestinfl, he purchased Coastal Blaze, which enables him to combine the company’s founding values with his passion for creating memorable experiences.
At Coastal Blaze, we believe the best moments in life are the simplest: toes in the sand, the warmth of a fire, and time spent with the people you love most. Every setup is handled with the same care and pride as if it were for our own family.

Where We Setup
We bring the fire to your favorite beach spots along Florida’s Emerald Coast. Whether you're planning a romantic evening or a group gathering, Coastal Blaze delivers a luxury bonfire experience you’ll never forget. Our team handles everything—permits, setup, cleanup—so you can just show up and enjoy the glow.
Note: Beach bonfires are only permitted in South Walton County and Panama City Beach. However, we’re happy to bring the full bonfire setup to a private home or rental—no permit required!
